The use of 3d is now the main tool for creating and presenting new buildings for planning approvals and property marketing by architects and building developers. Models can be created and rendered to produce highly realistic images of the proposed building or development.

The examples show some of the images that we created for use by house builder Wimpey Homes to use in their property brochures and web site for some of their new developments in Yorkshire. From the supplied DWG 2d elevations we built the 3d models and applied the correct materials as listed in the material schedule. Sundry elements such as plants and vehicles were added to the scene or in post-editing, as appropriate, to produce the final images.
